1/3 cup tahini
1/6 cup lemon juice
1/6 cup olive oil
1/2 cup roasted red peppers (or more)
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
To taste-salt and pepper
